I've never met with the case that the team of so called "professionals" would send back my item in state that makes it unable to use. I've send my necklace to the Vestaire and it was turned down because of a minor knot. This I understand. But when I recieved my parcel what I got back was additional, massive knot that makes it impossible to wear... It's destroyed. The team claims that since the knot was already there they can't help me. Well - the minor knot was there, but not a big, tangled mess that they made of my necklace. The fact is that they send my item destroyed with another tangled knot that ruined it. I can't wear it, I can't sell it. I have no idea if it can be repaired and if so how much money I will have to spend. They didn't even apologize for what they have done :) I'm speechless and I'm thinking about leaving their site because I've never been in a horrible situation like this. Be careful of your things or they may end up unfixable.
