I gave this rate to Vestiarie C. because this company is a joke, I'm just done with their excuses. I sold a Swarovski bracelet on Jan/06/2020 and according to the company's policy I would get paid by Jan/21st. OK, I checked at the app and it was informing that the payment had been done. Checking on my account details at the app I saw that one number was wrong and I contacted them after I fix it. Well, let's make something clear here, I know it was my fault that the account number wasn't correct at the time of payment, but I contacted the company right away and I knew that it was "fixable". I waited for weeks because they said they are having a large volume of other issues to be solved; However I know it's very easy to solve my case, since they probably got their money back from the bank, the account they had paid do not exist, so the transference was never really completed. They just had to pay me again through the right account number. It has been over 40 days since I contacted them about this matter, I'm waiting for a solution and they just keep sending me the same email almost every week. I truly believe by now that they are trying to fool me and they will never going to pay me.
