Basically, I bought a vintage Cartier watch which is not working properly since I've received it:) and Collective does not accept either return and repair. Even though they are charging for quality control, I have been dealing with a shoddy vintage Cartier watch. Also, customer service doesn't help at all and not replying to my emails too. There many cases that I had experience with that firm. But shoddy Cartier watch was the major. I think there is no need to add any more reviews.
