Ordered twice at Vestiaire, and both times really disappointed, also with the support.
First time I bought an item it was a long dress. however to my surprise I discovered upon delivery, that the item was completely see-through. That was not visible in the pictures (it was black, so flat photography did not show it), nor was it in the description. When I contacted help-desk that such a crucial characteristic should have been in the description and that I want to return it as the description was incomplete. There response was that "they are sorry to hear that I am not happy" but that they do not take it back as quality check team says "the item matches the description". Very standard response as the whole issue was that the description was not complete in my view. The solution they provided was that I can put it back on sale for a discount fee. Disappointing.
And now I am negotiating already for 2 days on a dress that I bought. Indicated online as a EU size38, but when receiving it, it turned out to be a EU size 42 (also clearly in the label). Flagged it within 24hours and now already spend a few emails to get this solved; it is clearly a non-complaint item, as description did not match actual item, which should have been discovered by quality control. It was even put online by concierge service, meaning that they put the description themselves... the solution they suggested: I can put it back on sale for a lower fee. So they say online that they protect against non-complaince of items, but in reality they do not. Receiving an item with a different size than you bought, is not seen as non-complaint. Really disappointed twice.
