Long lines, cashiers have poor attitudes, and most are slow at processing items. When calling this walmart do not expect to talk to a manager. When you ask to speak to a manager you are placed on hold and never to be answered. I drove from my house to walmart and the manager never picked up (I was on the phone for over 30 Minutes, no one ever picked up). When I entered the walmart I asked/told the walmart greeter I wanted to speak to a manager. The front-end manager came out and I said I would like to exchange the gift card I had acquired for a walmart gift card that could be used on other than grocery items. She said that gift card can not be returned or exchanged.
