Overall a very bad customer experience with Walmart online ordering.
Walmart delivery estimates are always wrong, expect to add weeks of too delivery dates.
Also, you cannot cancel orders and get a refund after a very short window of time (30min). They will hold onto your money until the item is delivered then you can return it. They hope you either forget about the order or are too tired to go through the effort to return it.
Ordered a snowblower in December, to be delivered in 2 days, only to have delivery date be moved to January, and they are still holding onto my money after I cancelled the order. I need the money to buy something to help remove snow, which is a big issue in our area in the winter with heavy snowfall.
Amazon, and almost everyone else treats online customers properly and does order processing, cancellation and delivery estimates way better.
As a customer, I feel Walmart has taken advantage of me, once they got my payment, they can move as slow as they want.
