Walmart refused to allow a return for a product that was misrepresented. I purchased a fitbit tracker at Walmart that said it was Windows 10 compatible and it isn't. In order to use it you have to have an iphone. It was over 90 days. The package clearly stated Windows 10 and I had purchased a fitbit before, so it never seemed to be an issue. I did wait too long. BUT THE PRODUCT WAS MISREPRESENTED/MISLABELD/FALSE CLAIM
Walmart should address this with fitbit - who basically didn't even know it was a problem and until recently their customer service was clueless - but even fitbit doesn't take responsibility for their lie.
