I ordered 2 terracotta garden planters on line. When advised by UPS that they had been delivered to the store, I called to be told they were still in transit, call back. Many calls, tracking with UPS, no satisfaction. At the store the merchandise was indeed discovered, totally unacceptable, cheap product. The return was not credited to my account immediately, on line this may take up to 2 billing cycles.
I will never again deal with Walmart on line, it is shoddy, unpleasant customer service.
