Recently i ordered 6 bags of red mulch. I received my order used the 6 bags. I needed more so i went back on the site to order more but was unable to. I called customer service explained my situation. The customer rep did not understand my issue and it was difficult for me to understand her i said thank you and hung up. Next i tried chatting explained the situation. Using terms of endearment this rep told me to go into my settings than tools and clear my cache. I had no idea what this had to do with trying to order more mulch. My next phone call was to corporate headquarters where i learned that i was only allowed to order 6 bags because walmart is afraid that people would buy many bags at the low price and than sell it at a higher price. To be honest i didn't even think to do that and all i wanted was to finish doing my garden. Walmart must think all their customers are doing that plus i dont think its against the law anyway he continued to tell me i needed a special code and in order to get that code i would have to give them 100 dollars which i would get back immediately if thats so why take a 100 dollars and i would beable to order as many bags as i would like. After saying no to that we got disconnected. Still i wanted to try one more time i went on instragram and messaged the ceo of walmart not expecting a reply. I did get a reply he asked for some information. I thought i would get my mluch. Well all i got was a 10 dollar gift card. I personally think that this is a insult to walmart customers instead of allowing me to buy more mulch they give me a 10 dollar gift card. Please be very careful when ordering certain items now i have a half finish garden.
