Like everyone else on here I order my items to arrive within 2 days, but then one week later I get an email telling me that my item has been delayed due to backorder, why didn't it say they didn't have anymore before I paid for my items. Then I called Wal-Mart 1 week later and a lady told me what I already knew, come on Wal-Mart Employees at customer service tell us what we don't know.. Where's my order?
Not the fact that it's backordered. Geeezzz. So I wait another week, called Wal-Mart once again, now a guy answered and same thing happened but this time he says he's going to put in the comment as a priority, well I guess he lied cause today I got an email telling me they cancelled my order due to high demand.. What in the......... ???? I never asked them to cancel my order but they took it upon themselves to do so even though I told the guy at customer service that I would give it til this Tuesday June 23rd to see if I would get it but apparently they don't care to make any money because their service has gone down hill. I'll just keep shopping at Amazon. Thanks for Nothing Wal-Mart!!!!
