This was for delivery. I had one order set to be delivered in 3 days. They give you up till around midnight before delivery the night before to add items snd l we did. Just to be certain we called customer service and the rep said it was all there. We were only confirming everything was in order.
The next day only the first of foods ordered delivered when the rep clearly stated all would be because we added before the cut off time. Plus she said she saw the entire order.
Today only half the groceries were delivered. We called customer service and the rep Lenora would not listen to us, she just kept repeating what we said. We asked for a supervisor and she kept saying over and over that the supervisor was busy. We told her we would wait. She never would do anything and her accent was so thick it was hard to understand her. Her name is Lenora and we were on the phone almost 25 min. This call l know was going on at 6:30pm est. She was no help and frustrating.
We decided to call back and got Wilmer on the phone around 6:55 pm and he helped us instead of dismissing us. He got a supervisor to help us, her name was Diana and seemed to care. That first rep Lenora should not be working there or needs more training.
We were going to sign up for delivery for 1 year for a discounted delivery rate but Lenora blew that and we are never shopping there again. It's too bad because we shopped there a lot in the past.
