Placed an online order on Friday, July 30th. Saturday morning received an alert that my package will be delivered Saturday afternoon.
Saturday night, no package. Called online customer support and was told by rep that the trucking company would be contacted to find out where my package was delivered, and I should hear something on Sunday!
Heard nothing. Sunday evening, I went on the Walmart site and saw a message that 1 of my 4 items ordered had left Atlanta and I shall get it Tuesday. Called t/t rep and his bottom line was that he could give me my money back.
I asked to speak with a supervisor. He really couldn't tell me what was going on either, and all he could do was return my money.
I have to wait 7-10 business days.
Goodbye Walmart!
