It has been more than THREE months trying to get my online order figured out. The third party seller sent me the wrong item after a month of ordering. They kept saying they were going to send the right item which never came. Now to get a refund of only $50 (??? Like common!!!) they want the wrong item sent back but I have to pay for the return with my OWN money (which Walmart says I will get reimbursed but isn't telling me how exactly that will happen even though both times I was on the phone with them I asked)!!!! I've been on customer service with Walmart twice now and still no money back they just keep sending an email to the 3rd party company who keeps saying the don't have a packing slip for returns. This is a company I dont trust saying send the item back (which I wouldn't have a problem with IF they have a return slip I could print out and use to mail). I just want my money back at this point. Ordered item beginning of May it is now August. I will NEVER be ordering from them again. If I had ordered from another company I would have gotten my refund by now 100% without the headache.
