My entire order was supposed to be delivered on 9/27/21 between 5-6pm! I received some on some on 9/25/21 and 3 separate deliveries on 9/27/21, two of them before 1:00 pm when I wasn’t home and the last one between 5 and 6 like I requested because I knew I wouldn’t be home. I live in an apartment building, so the first one was just a toothbrush 😳, the next was a medium sized box, and the last one was in bags. When I asked what happened to the two cases I ordered, he replied that he was only given the bags and took a photo (also 4 trips and only the last deliver driver took a photo 😣! I called customer service and Carlos didn’t even want to give his name and only after I asked him 3 times did he give his name, mind you this is the first few seconds of the call before inquiring about the 2 cases of water 🤦♀️ Not received but paid for! Carlos ONLY solution was to refund me the money when I still needed my water that they said they delivered! After going back and forth about the water for over 10 minutes I asked for a supervisor. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me that they were busy and they only gonna tell me the same exact thing! I informed him that he doesn’t know what a supervisor would tell me and asked for a supervisor to give me a call back when they wasn’t SOOO BUSY @ customer SERVICE!
