You had him doing a position he wasnt being compensated for since January, working team lead hours, doing team lead work, dealing with team lead problems, on a stockers pay. A poor repayment for good work. You should be ashamed, but I know you aren't, you don't care about your associates and it shows. The absolutely disgusting way you have treated him, and used him makes me so unbelievably angry.
