I know that we have all been conditioned to lousy customer service even to the point of expecting it, but, this went beyond that. My 89 year old mother was in Walmart in Canton, ms yest., survey ID#7rfbd012430m. She was in line to check out and was told her line was card only, she was paying with card and nothing mentioned about not getting cash back from card. She requested cash back from her card and the card process went thru. That's when things just got really STUPID. She was told that they could not give her cash bk. She said ok, well just credit my card bk for the cash requested and that's fine. She was told we CANT'T do that. She then said for to just credit the whole transaction bk to her card and was told CAN'T do that either. Mom then asked well what can you do? She was told they were going to have to call somebody. Time moved on and she finally asked could she sit down somewhere. They did provide a chair. 2 hours later and many questions asked of different rude people she was finally given her $60 in cash. The manager handed her the money turned and walked away without a word. I'm done letting this behavior slide, done with Walmart except to go back to this store to speak to a manager myself in person. I am also going to spread this story on all social media avenues and to everyone I run into in person.
