Ordered a box of medical masks on Walmart.ca. Walmart website showed the estimated delivery date is March 19 to March 26. I did not receive the products and called Walmart customer service number nobody is available to answer the calls. I sent online email message to Walmart no response. The emails I received for the online order and shipping are from Walmart with Walmart customer service phone number and return policy, but when I search Walmart website I found things are different.
It looks like Walmart opened its website to let third party sell products and without telling customers about it and even the return policy is different from Walmart return policy. Customers have to contact the third party seller to find out what is the return policy, but I do not know who is the third party seller, there is no contact information for the seller.
I think Walmart is cheating customers for online shopping.
