I have been trying to re-establish credit and had this account for over a year. Keep sending catalogs saying pre-approved to $400 but never lets me order over $100. Now with their unethical shipping charges that merchandise is usually in the $40-$50 dollar range so after the horrible shipping charges, I can get a product. I ordered a wonderful set of dishes for $39.00 & they charged $50.00 shipping. My advise: Get FINGERHUT!! They are high but often offer free shipping. I've had them for years. You expect higher prices when you have to deal with these companies but at least you may get away from the horrible shipping charge. I wish Montgomery Ward wasn't allowed to gouge people who already have income issues or they would just go to Walmart. Some of us need to make monthly payments but don't deserve to be overcharged for shipping!
