I ordered a jacket for my grd daughter birthday and it took damn near a month for me to get it ‘ on top of that, they forgot to put her name on jacket which I requested just because Montgomery Ward sent it to my old address that I lived 2 yrs ago . I talked to customer service last week and they were supposed to give me credit for my whole order but supervisor said they couldn’t do that she only gave me credit for shipping & handling Then the supervisor try to blame FedX for delivering to the wrong address ‘ This was frustrating and it don’t make no sense. They need to do their job right🥲🥲
