Montgomery Ward is a cold, viscious company who doez not care about their customers. I ordered a heater and was told i could have it on credit. Then after i sent the $10 to them they told me they woukdnt ship it out until october. I ordered it in February. I couldnt wait that long for a heater. Then they started sending threatening hateful letters. Nobody should fool with this company. We tried and tried to cancel the order buy they insisted we oay them, we had credit they said. I never heard of a catalog company refusing to cancel an order and going so far as to keep sending hateful letters of what all trouble they could and would cause us if they didnt get money. They tried to say i didnt send downpayment to them. I did. Very untrustworthy company. Beware buying from them on what they call credit. Never been treated by any other company this bad.
