I had a paint problem that was very upsetting & distressing for me. I was extremely grateful and very impressed with all the help I received from Annette from the Wigan store. This wonderful lady did an absolutely fantastic job of resolving my problem from start to finish, making sure I was happy with the end result. May I say that Annette has helped me regarding various issues quite a few times during visits to Wilkos. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she has an extremely wonderful way of making you feel comfortable & at ease with her from the outset ... "People Skills" at it's best!
