Visited the Blyth, Northumberland store today, Saturday 16th October 2021 and received excellent customer service thanks to Gillian! I called in after seeing a triple pumpkin online but sadly the shelf where they were on display was empty. I approached Gillian to ask if Wilko would be getting any more in and Gillian went out of her way to help. It was so refreshing to encounter such a pleasant, helpful customer service assistant for a change! Gillian was clearly busy, but nothing was a trouble, she went to the other end of the store to check the stock and discovered that more stock of the item in question had just come in. I left Wilko a happy customer with my purchase knowing the little ones trick or treating with their parents will love the light up pumpkin I will have on display in my porch for Halloween.
