Received a broken wooden garden fence as I wasn’t in on its arrival, despite expecting an email to confirm delivery time. Therefore couldn’t refuse delivery.
Sent damage photos and suggested a compensation refund and received a satisfactory amount. ( fence could be turned around despite damage) Communication was very good, if initially slow to begin with.
