Customer service is abysmal. Damaged product received. Have dealt with 6 customer service personnel via their web page. They will not answer a direct question. They seem to have standard phrases for apologies. There is no way you can contact a responsible person via phone, webchat or email.
Frustrated and disapointed that this company do not seem to care. A simple phone call to me could solve this problem.
