Twice I have ordered items online which have then been cancelled. I then have to wait an age before I get a refund and am able to order somewhere else.
They shouldn't be accepting orders if they are unable to fulfil them. I could have got the same item for the same price elsewhere. By the time Wilko cancelled my order, the item was sold out everywhere else.
