I bought a quite expensive kettle from Wilko which broke after 3 weeks. The manufacturer advised me to return this to Wilko for a replacement or refund. Well, chance would be a fine thing! It's 4 weeks now and the only response via email I received was - they are busy and not to contact them again. I believe they are in breach of consumer rights but they don't seem to care. Will never buy from them again and have advised friends not to either. After hearing that Wilko were not responding, the manufacturer came to the rescue with a replacement. At least they care about their brand.
