Appalling customer service.
I'm trying to return an order which was delivered on 30th May. I changed my mind and want to return the item. I was told that I could return to a Range store but after driving the 15mins to my local store I was told that the item couldn't be returned as it didn't have the correct order number.
Trying to speak to Wilko.com to get this simple issue resolved is like pulling teeth. You have to wait 1-2 days for a response only to receive a standard templated reply. 4 weeks later and we've managed to get to the point where they were going to arrange for collection of the item, asked me for suitable collection dates which I provided, and now they've reverted to sending me the same templated replies they sent over 4 weeks ago!
