We ordered a shed from wilkos, my wife took the shed in when it was delivered it wasnt until i got back from work and checked the instructions that i realised it was a storage box that had been delivered, its impossible to speak to someone via the phone as the numbers online are all disconnected so i rang the company where the shed was from and they said wilkos had ordered the wrong shed and i would have to deal with them. So we started a chat online with them and sent an email its now been 8 days and we are no further forward, i have a storage box sitting in my house waiting to be collected taking up space and no definitive answer to when the matter will be resolved. The customer service element of this company is none existent, something that could probably be resolved with a phone call looks like its going to take weeks to sort out its ridiculous
