Dishonest Company with Shocking Customer Service
Wilko is, without a doubt, one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. They bait you with enticing discounts on products they clearly have no intention of fulfilling, take your money, and then cancel the item without explanation. To make matters worse, they drag out the customer support process so long that they can outlast their own return policy.
It took over six weeks—yes, six weeks—for me to get any response from their so-called customer service team about a canceled order they had already charged me for. During this time, I was left chasing them repeatedly, with no resolution and no concern from their side. It’s obvious this is a calculated tactic to avoid refunds and frustrate customers into giving up.
This company does not respect its customers or their time. They’re happy to take your money but refuse to deliver what you paid for or provide timely assistance. It’s an absolute disgrace.
If you’re thinking about shopping with Wilko, don’t. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually value their customers. Wilko clearly isn’t one of them, and I’ll never shop with them again. I urge others to avoid this company like the plague.
