Just keeping you up-to-date I am now on 116 emails to Wilkinsons about my faulty sofa which I purchased the 28th of June last year. They just keep saying that it’s not faulty when it is I’ve never been treated in such an appalling way. The way I have by wilko I don’t know how they are trading and I think the trading stands should be informed about the way they treat people a sofa is faulty with a cut of pieces of foam in the back of the sofa cushions of all three of them and they won’t replace it. I’ve been emailing them since the seventh of the first 2025, like I said further up I am on 104 15 now emails and they are saying blaming me and then saying we will exchange the covers for the same ones that they say in our washable and have steps on the back so why would you have zips on the back of a sofa if it was not washable and that’s how I find the chopped up pieces of foam inside every cushion on the back of the sofa?
