Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid Wilko at All Costs!
If I could give Wilko zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been, without a doubt, the most frustrating and distressing experience I have ever had with a company. A complete and utter joke from start to finish.
I ordered a bed over a month ago, expecting a simple, straightforward delivery. Instead, what followed has been an absolute nightmare.
The bed arrived with the wrong parts – frustrating, but mistakes happen, right? I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
They sent out replacements – also the wrong parts. At this point, I was annoyed but still hopeful they would fix their mistake.
They sent another set of replacements – lost in the post. How does a company manage to be this incompetent?
They tried yet again – and nothing ever arrived. No tracking number, no explanation, just silence.
This has been going on for a MONTH. A whole month of chasing, waiting, and dealing with their complete lack of competence. Meanwhile, I’m still without a bed. Do they care? Clearly not.
And to add insult to injury, after all this hassle, wasted time, and stress, they had the audacity to offer me a measly 10% refund. 10%?! That doesn’t even begin to cover the frustration, inconvenience, and sheer incompetence I’ve endured.
Wilko, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace, your logistics are a shambles, and your ability to resolve issues is non-existent. Avoid this company like the plague unless you enjoy wasting your time, energy, and sanity.
