I wanted large plant pots to match the small one’s I had. When I rand the Eccles store I spoke to Mark and I must praise him for the trouble he went to to check if they had any of the discontinued pots in the store. He checked everywhere in the store and warehouse and made my day when he found one, put it aside for me to collect and seemed happy to have helped. He was pleasant, efficient and thorough. Well done Wilko for employing such a nice person as Mark.
