- WARNING - If You Lose Your Receipt On A Wilko Own BRAND item Bought Instore and it's Un-used or Faulty DON'T EXPECT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE! Myself and Lots of customers are very Unhappy about this I've read all over the web, Wilko will NOT refund let alone exchange for no items bought in-store if you don't have the receipt simple, Not even their OWN BRAND items.. So if you purchased the wrong item by mistake keep your receipt very safe / dry / out of sun light for it NOT to fade etc, Other wise it's TOUGH LUCK from Wilko and your stuck with the wrong item purchased!! Another way Wilko's respect their loyal customers But it's Another reason for us customers to make our purchases else where from now on before deciding to shop at Wilko.. before long Wilko will push most of their customer to shop else where turning against customers, it's a matter of time! (( Stay loyal to your customers and your customers will stay loyal to you ))
