I visited your Durham store today. There was no hand sanitiser available for customers and the member of staff we asked was not concerned and didn't offer an apology. At the checkout the member of staff refused to take my purchases because I was paying by card and she insisted I use the self service checkout. As a disabled person with poor hand function I find self service tills difficult. I required help. This caused the people behind me to queue. Not a good experience.
