Wish I never heard of Wish!
I ordered an electric meat grinder with a delivery date of 7 December 2020.
On 30 November 2020, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered.
It had not.
I tried to log into my account to report it, but couldn’t access my account so tried the password reset link.
No reset link ever arrived. Despite me trying again a few days later.
The response from wish was wait 24 hours. I had already waited 72 hours.
I contacted them again.
The response was “Try logging in using a different email address”.
I have been contacting Wish every day since then requesting either the item I paid for a a refund.
21 days later after providing my order reference number/ my email address used on the account and screenshots of the undelivered item multiple times, I received an email telling me to log into the account that I cannot access to provide further information.
22 days later, no meat grinder, no refund.
