Wish has messed about so much I am at the point of taking action against the Leicester office to get it closed down.
I sent back a faulty LapTop (paid £301) and sent it back to their Depot. It is now obvious that this is a regular practice - I have the delivery slip and the signature etc and every week they say they need a pic of the laptop (bar code) and deny delivery then somebody they will refund the monies within 14 days and then they start over again asking for all the information and we start over again this is now followed by a total lie about a second delivery with a replacement cheaper LapTop which was supposed be delivered by either Royal Mail/Parcel Force combined with two other small items which fitted into the letterbox. How can a 14inch laptop fit into a standard letterbox? I have asked for the tracking number but it seems to also have gone astray. This was also sent from their Leicester Depot so a lovely employee of Wish obviously collects Laptops or is Wish a bunch of ..........., sadly I must say yes.
Do not buy off them all their products are old stock or returns or maybe just a pie in the sky???
