I ordered a lighter on September 25 that was supposed to arrive by November 29. It did not arrive. Then they tell me wait another 30 days and contact us if it does not arrive by then. I waited 40 days. I tried to access Refund and they tell me it is BEYOND the 30 day RETURN policy. But I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! How can I Return something I never got! So I escalated up the Support. Then I get a message that my request can not be processed. "Try Again Later" they say. I look at a message they have on their site saying We have your back, get a Refund for items you have received.
