The item that I ordered was supposed to be delivered in Dec 31. Today is Jan 9 and it’s still not arrived. Tried to contacted the customer support in the app but the questions that they have do not correspond to my case and there is no live chat. I emailed the customer support asking for a refund, their reply is that they don’t do it via Email and that it has to be done in the app, while in the app there is no way you can request a refund. I feel that they’re trying to waste some time until the refund period is over.
