I ordered a bike. I received confirmation on Dec.16th 2020 to say it had been delivered. IT HAD NOT. Something was delivered to elderly neightbours 4 houses away by Hermes. Not a bike, some cheap rubber gym equipment. Their Customer Service is the worst l have contemplated, all automated. To date l am now up to 41 emails. All saying the same. I do believe they hope you get fed up and stop. IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND. IN THEORY THEY ARE THIEVES, TAKING MONEY AND NO GOODS RECEIVED. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE. I NOTICE ON BIZ THEY HAVE HAD OVER 5000 COMPLAINANTS
