I though I ordered a cat tree not a lousy fuzzy out of focus bent plate for $21.95 that showed blurry cats. This was not fully disclosed in the catalog that you were getting a plate like a license plate to hang. The quality is so poor that my phone takes sharper pictures. When chatting the choices are limited and you are nit able to explain your complaint
