I ordered a size 7 pair of snow boots from Wish. I then received an email, which stated that I would be receiving a size 5 pair of boots. I contacted Wish Customer Services immediately by email to state that I had ordered a size 7 pair of boots and would they please ensure that I would receive a size 7 pair of boots. Wish Customer Service, had obviously ignored my email, because when the boots arrived, they were in a size 5. I contacted Wish Customer Service and said that I now wanted a refund of my money and a prepaid addressed label. Once again Wish Customer Service have ignored my email and I have now put my complaint, into the hands of a company who deals with companies who treat their customers in a shoddy way. Furthermore, I am now stuck with a pair of boots that are two sizes too small. I have tried to find a way of getting a refund and returning my boots, by logging in to my Wish account, but nothing happens when I press the relevant button. Thankfully I have evidence that I ordered a size 7 pair of boots. I also have evidence, that I received an email stating that I would receive a size 5 pair of boots. I am disgusted with Wish and I could kick myself, for not reading the reviews, before I ordered these boots. If I had read the reviews, I would have discovered that Wish were not a safe company to deal with.
