I've ordered a drill set since Nov. 29 and I got a message that it was delivered in New York but at the same time my address that I gave is in Canada.
I've tried many ways of trying to get the attention of someone but been led to an automated robot and never anyone to talk to directly but rather indirectly.
I complain and asked for a refund or my product but to no avail.
So if someone reads this maybe they can get in touch with me because I felt as if I'm been dooped or swizzle out of my money and no merchandise to show for it.
I do need a direct response from someone in person. It's a gift for someone and I can't seemed to present my present and I do have a receipt and my account to show where the money has been taken so why haven't I gotten my merchandise?
