Very deceptive order purchase process. I had put some items in the basket, but could not change my card that had already been listed in their system, did NOT want to order the items. Suddenly I received an email confirming an order I DID NOT INTEND TO MAKE. Within minutes I tried to cancel the order, but was refused, via their dysfunctional "support" service. Their phone support service HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. There is no functional chat system. Now I have to wait for the UNWANTED CHARGES FOR AN UNWANTED ORDER show up on my card, before I can contest this order with the credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WISH, I certainly won't be ever again.
