It takes forever to receive an item from them to begin with, many items don't even fit when you go by their chart. I placed an order last year and simply forgot about it (it happens with wish) I went back to my order history and realized that I did not receive 2 items that were placed. It showed Estimated time of October 2020. I contacted them and asked if I could either get my items or a refund since I have not received anything. This is the reply they gave me via e-mail
"As you may know, customers may request a refund on an order within 30 days of delivery of the item. Or if the item did not arrive, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. While you may have contacted us initially within this timeframe, we required additional information from you in order to investigate your request.
As we did not hear from you within the allocated timeframe, we are no longer able to offer you a refund."
They will not send me the items I purchased, nor will they refund me and that is what I consider thievery.
