I spent hours and over a dozen emails trying to explain to their so-called "customer service" that my order was not delivered to my address. All five of their people were TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. They kept saying my order was delivered, and I had proof from UPS via my tracking number and by phone that, yes, the package was delivered, but not to my address.
