I ordered elastic in early April. I received an email that it was shipped April 6th and would arrive April 20th to May 6th. Wish charged my credit card on April 6th. I followed the tracking link from April 20th to May 21st. On May 18th, the automated assistant told me my money would be refunded if not received by May 20th. On May 21st, the assistant told me it would arrive in July. I filed for a refund. Wish told me they would refund shipping but not refund per their policy until received. They keep changing the date I will never receive. This is a scanned. It must be new as I checked the reviews in April.
