I ordered 10 coloured plant pots for my balcony for which I received a confirmation email stating 10 pieces were ordered. When it arrived there was only 1 single pot. I contacted Wish customer services 12 times & they just kept saying it was what I'd ordered despite having a confirmation order to the contrary. They refused a refund as it was beyond 30 days & gave a standard response every time. No one could explain why the order confirmation stated 10 pieces but I only received 1. Total rip off, misleading & extremely poor customer service. Avoid at all costs!
