Ordered an item that, according to their shipping email, was sent out on 5 May. According to their tracking, it 'Arrived at customs of destination country, USA' on 10 May. Since then (and since they give no US tracking number so I can look for it myself) there's nothing. I'm assuming (perhaps erroneously) it's still sitting in Shanghai.
Then comes the switcheroo: 'Delivery Estimate:
May 12, 2020 - May 21, 2020' (on their shipping email) became May 21 - June 5 after I first contacted Customer Support.
Speaking of Wish 'customer support' - it isn't: it's a canned computer response that says, in a nutshell, 'Can't do anything until you receive the item, please be patient, everything's slow now because of Coronavirus'.
I finally gave up on it once I saw they'd changed the arrival date. I'm considering it lost, and $30 blown. But I do know one thing - they're aptly named: Order from them and you'll WISH you'd get it.
