I think it is a scam. I ordered elastic in early April. I received a email that the item shipped April 6th. The tracking information said OT would arrive April 20th. It did not arrive. Their customer service not told me if it did not arrive by May 20th, I could obtain a refund. On May 22nd and in the days subsequent the delivery dat moved from June to July. I started emailing customer service. In 10+ emails and filing for a refund on their website they claim until received I couldn’t cancel - only refunds. My credit card refunded the April charge. Also Wish retains your credit card without asking permission.
