I ordered on April 24 (a few small bottles of hand sanitizers at a steep price). They claimed the shipping date was April 26 and delivery would be on May 14. The date kept being pushed back, and as of today the item seems to still be in China. I asked for a refund and was told it is not possible (back in May). Now the message says "delivery is delayed". Complained via Paypal and received no answer from the merchant. Decided to escalate via Paypal and ask for a refund. I believe these people are charging money and NOT shipping. Please do not order from this company just to save a few bucks.
